The World's Best Sandbox Calendar

Featured in this section are the 12 photos showcased in the "World's Best Sandbox Calendar".
This calendar of mine has been in production for 3 years and has featured beaches my family and I have been to. If a particular beach isn't featured, it doesn't mean it isn't great. It just means it was featured before, or I haven't been there yet. But I will get there.
When it comes to the 4 S's, Sun, Sea, Sand and Sunsets, nothing beats

Big Lagoon, El Nido Palawan.

You can kayak through the rock formations entering a pristine lagoon with

crystal clear calm waters

A baby crustacean trapped inside a human footprint in the sand

Panglao Island, Bohol

Sunset in, where else, Boracay

Cottages in El Nido, Palawan

Sunset in the winding river of Donsol, Sorsogon. Though the

place is not known for its beaches, it is the best place to encounter the gentle whale shark

The world class resort of Amanpulo. If you read the guestbook, you'll see the note which says, "Mariah Carey was here." and yes, she was.

Simple cottage on the sandbar of Bais, Dumaguete.

I took this shot on the fly as the banca was speeding towards the pier.

Just 20 minutes away from this cottage lives over a thousand dolphins you can interact with.

Pearl Farm Resort in Davao.

Island seascape of Palawan

Apo Island 45 minutes boat ride from Dumaguete City. If you think the view on land is great, wait till you go underwater.

Who says God can't paint ? The changing hues of dusk in Palawan

The famed rock formation of Apo Island. The resort has no electricity, no internet, no hot water. But it's a great place to get away from it all. There is a smart signal though :)

See you at the sandbox!

Anyway, you have a very cool site, Butch! And yes, I do want a free copy of your calendar for 2006. Your views at the Sunday Inquirer re the world's best sandbox (and how the Philippines is the best place to journey in) are totally right. I agree!

May your family enjoy the journey that is the Philippines!

I haven't been to the beaches depicted in your calendar. I would in the future. The closest thing I could get to these beaches is through your beautiful calendar. At least for now. Can I get a copy of your Calendar?

God bless,

hi butch, can i have a copy of your alendar, I am also one of those addicted to the beaches of our country, i am just worried that some of our kababayans are not taking care of the gift of God. Hope everybody will be concern in preserving the beauty and refrain from exploiting our beaches.

Hello, Sir Butch! I was Trisha's producer for the 700 Club Asia some years ago. She gave me the sandbox calendar last year when I visited your new house. I really enjoyed it. In fact, it's still here on my desk. Looks like the calendar has become even better this year! Just want you to know that I'm so blessed by your family's testimony. May your tribe increase! And as I have always told Trisha, I really do hope you get a baby girl!

hi butch,
after reading your speeches you gave in u.p. & siliman univ. (which i was so thankful it was forwarded to me), i've been looking forward to listening to you in person. true enough on july 7, i was truly inspired by what you shared during the pifaap convention at mandarin hotel . it affirmed the things i've been doing right and rectified the things i thought were right. since then, i've been spreading the good news to my friends and they, too, became proponents of positive doings for oneself, for others and for the country.

in behalf of our company, i would like to see the day that you'll be talking to one of our events in the future. i'm just wondering where should i begin. by asking your contact detail, maybe?

U should include my hometown beach "siargao" famous for surfing and whitesand beaches and easily accessible by plane thru asianspirit and seair there is no need to take a banca to go to the beach wherein boracay you have to ride a small boat to get to the beach. The small island of "siargao" has an airport. So come and visit siargao and make fortune (invest) in that small island.

I will tour u at siargao just e-mail me...........
can i have a free copy of your calendar at jnfelo28@yahoo.com or mail at WCD, Muralla St., Intramuros, Manila, you thank very much
